The quest for lighter with more accuracy has lead the Research & Development Team at Best of the West to this beauty known as the  Mountain Scout.  This extremely lightweight rifle with a titanium action, carbon fiber stock and carbon fiber barrel is unbelievably sturdy and accurate.  The performance and accuracy of the 20" barrel is unprecedented and therefore we've restricted cartridge options for this system. The Mountain Scout is an excellent option for the shooter who wants a smaller, slimmer, lightweight, yet easy to handle, accuracy-proven rifle.  The Huskemaw Blue Diamond 4-16x42 comes on the base model with options available.
